I have 2 stars because it fixes the problem right away, but this part doesn't work for long. The first one worked great at first, then started cycling on and off about a week after installation. Within a month it stopped working. Luckily it has a 90 day guarantee and I was able to swap it out for another no questions asked. The second one has been installed for about a week now and I noticed (when it's on HIGH) that it now has a pulsing rhythm to the sound of the fan motor. Since there was no pulsating rhythm at first, I assume that this will also soon stop working.
