Neck brush missing

The only reason I chose this product was that I thought it would be handy to have a neck brush with me. When he arrived he didn't have a brush. This is an extremely cheap cloak of dubious quality and there are many others that sell for less so I would recommend skipping this brand if like me you went for it because it came with a tassel.
