Great value accessory

The Leica version of this adapter costs 25 times more. The finish on the Leica version could be better and has 6-bit encoding, but whatever. Only the latest versions of Leica lenses are coded and maybe some other brands. The coding only tells the camera which lens is attached. No aperture data. This information can be added via the menu. What really matters is that the lens is firmly attached to the camera. The Fotasy adapter handles this very well.
