I like how easy it was to set up my account, and the training provided by VELOCY helps me understand the product very well.
It's also really helpful to be able to access customer testimonials in order for us to provide our own as we are doing so right now! The only downside at this time is that there isn't much support outside of what is offered through Customer Success Manager - however this should improve with more resources being dedicated to help solve problems. This has helped grow traffic across all channels (organic, paid), but most importantly sales leads within each channel.
