I don't know what the rave reviews are for this soap. I threw mine in the trash due to unusable packaging. I received three bottles and none of the three worked properly. It took a lot of effort and turning the pump to pop it out and when it finally did it only worked with the back of the bottle forward. Without much fiddling, it works with the front label facing forward. All three bottles were exactly the same. In the end I gave up and threw everything in the trash. The smell wasn't very good either. If you want something similar that really works, use SoftSoap Lime Basil.
