Purchased to use with the HyFlex manual. I'm in a large class so I needed something that would allow me to move around but still be heard by the students attending remotely. This mic definitely gets the job done. **Setup** It's very easy to use and quick to set up with no additional software to install (a definite plus if you're using a school computer). I read some reviews asking if it will record with zoom but I had no problems with it. Just make sure Zoom is set to use this mic by default instead of the webcam mic or something else. **Sound quality** Both microphones are reasonably sensitive without picking up tons of ambient noise. The sound quality is probably not as good as the more expensive models, but if you just want to be clearly understood at a distance, this device is more than enough. A mic that plugs directly into the transmitter will have slightly better sound quality than a wired lapel mic, but it's nice to have that option. **Other** - The power button on the transmitter is pretty easy to accidentally press, so use caution if wearing it on a belt where your hands are around. However, it reconnects almost instantly, so it can be used as a backup mute button if needed. The LEDs on the receiver make it easy to see at a glance whether you're connected or not. It has a lot of little details so you can grab a cheap organizer or something to keep everything together. .- The packaging is quite nice **Final verdict** Of course I'm new to the world of wireless microphones, but this one really impressed me. It's very convenient, perfect for my needs and doesn't cost a fortune. If you're looking for a quick upgrade to your class' audio capabilities, I definitely recommend it.
