It's easy to set up alerts for multiple servers or devices within your infrastructure - you can have one alert per device/server which makes it easier than having many individual ones! You also get notifications when those alarms are triggered so that there isn't any downtime if they do go off (which sometimes happens with other solutions).

I wish we could use this software across more of our environments but overall its been great working through all these different platforms over time has helped us improve service levels at every level from server health down into application performance issues as well.
