My husband wore them every night for a walk last week. He walks very steep paths and likes to keep a strict pace. He said they're more comfortable than his other running shoes and they offer enough support to keep his feet from hurting. The finger box offered enough space. He tried them on an indoor run and said they work better on treadmills than on a treadmill. Also it's around 95 degrees here with high humidity and he said his feet never get hot so that's a big plus! Overall, he'd recommend them for outdoor walking, power walking, and light running, but would avoid them for treadmill cardio.
