Black Dog - Luke. He is a Lab Rescue/Border Collie, weighs 45 pounds and loves to pull. I've used Gentle Leader on his nose and it works great. I wanted a suspension that does the same thing, but I didn't like the Leader's plush suspension. Tried it today, it was the first real try after a few adjustments. He'll need a bit of training again, but I think it'll work. I love that the pendant feels solid, looks good, fits well and is lightweight. The Pro had no adjustment guide and long straps were left over after adjustment. I finally figured it out, but I still need to adjust the neck piece a bit. It does drive sideways, but when it's a little tighter it's not as strong. So far I like it very much. child - cruiser. He rescues a dachshund and beagle mix. He may only be 15 pounds, but he's a mighty little guy. Keeps his nose to the ground and loves to run. He was also on the bow of the Gentle Leader. That works great too. But he definitely didn't like it on the nose. So he also got new dishes for Christmas. He was much easier to set up and gets used to training very quickly. Cruiser uses small and Luke uses medium. The little one was perfect on the cruiser. The hatch around the chest fits well, but the neck area is an area I'm still working on. I tried the small one on Luke and it fit perfectly around my neck, but the chest strap was too short. That's why it's on the carrier. I'll let you know how they're doing in a few weeks.
