I take back all the good things I wrote earlier about this pendant. It broke on my pup, causing him to pull straight into oncoming traffic. By the grace of God he did not die! Stay away from this POS!

Mine came face down (on the chest) so I fixed that myself. Customer service was good and helpful, so I've updated my review. The usage for an American Bulldog XL is 110 lbs. Good quality.

The harness is torn where the leash is attached. 1/4 mile on first walk. I just received it from Amazon 2 hours ago. It could have been tragic if my dog ran into the street with oncoming cars. The look was great and my dog was comfortable, but you lose confidence in a product when a part fails.

This is a great product and initially looked very strong but when I moved the leash from the back to a clasp in the front the clasp fell off within 10 minutes and the dog was free. The way they sewed that front buckle on is very loose and this was done with two different seat belts on two consecutive days while we were out in the desert. So definitely a production error. I just received this harness and went for a walk with my dog. The harness has an awkward shape that makes it difficult for my dog to pick it up. My dog will sometimes focus on the smell and try to position himself to resist the tugging. The front clip doesn't feel secure at all when walking as it drags the entire front end with it and the sagging of the front straps leads me to believe that my dog could easily slip out of the front end. Black Dog - Luke. He is a Lab Rescue/Border Collie, weighs 45 pounds and loves to pull. I've used Gentle Leader on his nose and it works great.
