The ability to store all my emails, contacts etc into one place that is easily accessible from any device - this makes life easier! I have been able improve efficiency within our organisation as it has made things much quicker for me when searching through old email or looking up contact details stored elsewhere online (such as LinkedIn).

This service also allows us access via mobile devices which was another benefit we were unaware about at first but now use daily without even realising its there!! Nothing really comes across negatively either therefore no dislikes just positive thoughts :).
