I like how the team at NorthBay are always looking to improve the platform and make it easier for our customers to use. The platform is a very powerful tool for our customers, but can be a little tricky to navigate when you are new to it. The dashboard is easily accessible to show the status of the entire team. It also helps in scheduling meetings and managing tasks at an early stage. The ability to store all my emails, contacts etc into one place that is easily accessible from any device - this makes life easier!
