I like how the team at NorthBay are always looking to improve the platform and make it easier for our customers to use. The platform is a very powerful tool for our customers, but can be a little tricky to navigate when you are new to it. NorthBay have been very helpful and responsive to our queries and requests for improvements. I would like to see more self-service options and a better way to manage our customers' accounts. NorthBay has been a great partner to work with and I would recommend them to any business. We use NorthBay to manage all our customer data. It is very easy to set up and allows us to store customer records and have them available to our staff at all times.
