Not sure why transparency is being asked for here but it isn't. Not very stretchy either, but I wasn't expecting it. It seems to fit narrow mugs or glasses, maybe 12 or 16 oz. I noticed a weight limit on the label that says 2 pounds. So it's not suitable for a giant water bottle. You should probably order something like this in the base of a stroller and the top for only 16 ounces or less. It definitely helps to have this with a small pocket to put your phone and keys in.
