I received the duffel and it is very well made and good looking. I noticed about a dime sized spot, so I asked the seller if I should try to clean with a leather cleaner and received a fast response to give it a try and if it didn't work they would send a replacement. I used a leather cleaner I use regularly but the spot kind of spread out - I think the substance was some kind of a glue. I contacted the seller again and they sent a replacement immediately which I received promptly. Fantastic customer service and quality product.Update: I've been on 2 business trips with this bag and it works really well for the 2-3 night stays I typically take. I'm able to fit everything I need in the bag. What I really like is this fits into the overhead compartments on smaller jets so I don't have to check at the gate like with a rolling bag.
