I like that it is customizable as well as adapts to other platforms (like Basecamp). It allows for quick communication between clients using different networks/platforms such as Slack or email etc., which saves time. The layout can be confusing at first but once you get used to the platform its simple enough to use without getting lost in all the options available. You can see your tasks with due dates & assigned team members easily from within an individual task page itself through a drop down menu allowing easy tracking regardless if they are working remotely or not.
