Review on Profile EMR by Charles Galan

I like how it is easy to use,it really cuts down time spent in front of computer typing up charts etc! It was difficult at first setting everything out but after using about 4-5 weeks i had gotten used too so its not as hard anymore!! The customer service can be frustrating sometimes when you are trying something new or have questions that they don't know what your talking abut - which happens frequently with this system because we deal mostly w/ non english speakers (which everyone here has). Also there seems tp b some lag while working through things online from their website compared tot he desktop version where nothing slows me dowm my work flow speed much faster than just clicking around via mouse & keyboard insteadof constantly waiting fo rthe page load times! Definitely do yourself alosotime by reading all instructions carefully before starting any project!!
