We switched over 2 years ago and still utilize daily

I like how it is easy to use,it really cuts down time spent in front of computer typing up charts etc! It was difficult at first setting everything out but after using about 4-5 weeks i had gotten used too so its not as hard anymore!! The customer service can be frustrating sometimes when you are trying something new or have questions that they don't know what your talking abut - which happens frequently with this system because we deal mostly w/ non english speakers (which everyone here has)โ€ฆ

  • Easy interface for beginners.
  • Good amount o f available data sources,
  • Great tool if u want an efficient way organize patient information into excel format without havingto type anything manually

Great Software For Keeping Patients And Doctors Informed

I like the ability to create tasks, reminders, and notes in a patient's chart. It is easy to use and has all of my patient information at my fingertips. There is nothing really that I dislike about this software. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load, but that is not too big of an issue. If you are looking for an easy way to keep your patients up to date with their appointments and schedule, then this software is perfect! It allows me to quickly enter patient information into the system soโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy access from anywhere.
  • Allows us as doctors/nurses quick updates without having much downtime between visits or calls
  • We can easily update our progress report when we get called back by insurance companies due ot missed appts etc.etc
