Can't believe they've changed in one use. I have all sorts of foot problems, cracked skin, calluses, general dryness, so I left them on longer than the instructions say (I'm not suggesting this, but I felt I needed to). On first use I saw a huge, huge improvement. I love the results so much I turned around and ordered 5 more packs because I don't want to be without them anymore. They are individually wrapped in pairs. READ INSTRUCTIONS, wash and dry your feet before use, then rinse. I was concerned that they might not be "big enough" because I wear size 10 shoes and there was enough room for me, but my husband wears a size 14 and they couldn't fit him (just for the guys over there saying). They are made with a 'boot' within the 'boot' and come with a small sticker to slip them around the ankle and keep them closed. There is absolutely no mess and they feel great, no pain no burning etc. I also want to try Youpinwei gloves.
