I like the brand, not what I received.
I love the product itself. I've been using it for a few months now and it suits my wavy/curly hair. The shampoo I received was great; as expected. However, the air conditioning is off. Instead of the soft, creamy texture I usually get with this conditioner, the consistency is too thick (harder to squeeze out of the bottle), grainy, and separates when rubbed. This is just wrong! As a result I will be buying shampoo/conditioner again from a store where I have never had this problem.
