I was very afraid my Keurig coffee maker was dead. So much so that I started looking for new models because I "cleaned up" old ones with this product. The product is easy to use. Dissolve the product, add it to the tank and strain it. My problem was getting it to run through part. My car groaned and groaned and managed to spit out an ounce or two of water. After a few shakes and slaps I was able to get another 2-3 ounces on the next run. (It went on for a while, but I kept trying because I wanted the product to get into the lines of the machine.) I ended up going to work (and the machine sat with the product all day *hope*, miracle to act). Fast forward 8 hours later and I squeezed the large mug and a whopping 8 ounces (cloudy and uncomfortable water) poured out of my car! I tried again. 8 more ounces! I kept getting the same result until 3 tanks passed my machine and my water was clear. The groaning and groaning of my car stopped and I was already enjoying my first (full!) cup of coffee.
