Very disappointed with this purchase. I have a standing desk and bought this chair specifically because it needed to be adjustable to the height of the standing desk. I'm 5ft 5in, which is pretty average for a woman, and although my desk is set at a comfortable standing height (elbows at 90 degrees), my arms need to be gripped when using this chair at its maximum height uncomfortably high. 3-4 inches. I even bought a seat cushion to put on the seat so I sit higher and that doesn't solve the problem. It might not seem like a big deal, but when you spend hours at your computer for work, a slight discomfort causes both physical and mental distress that slowly increases throughout the day until you stop using it . I would return it if I could. could, but the assembly of this chair and the way the pieces fit together makes it almost impossible to disassemble.
