These bulbs were not in our car long (1 evening) until unfortunately they had to be removed by police order. The headlights were adjusted correctly in the garage, but the police's main concern is that these lamps do not fit in halogen housings, which is illegal in our country. The lamps themselves have a very clear cut-off (like a projector) and definitely appear brighter than halogen lamps. The high beam seems a little less bright, but that could be because the low beam already puts out a lot of light. These bulbs didn't cause hyperflare or reports of blown bulbs, but they did diffuse the light in our Jeep JL's headlights. The problem appears to be with the reflector block in the JL rather than the bulbs. The Jeep logo inside the reflector ensures that the light is distributed everywhere and can dazzle other road users.
