Really nice crystal clear light. The light is thrown farther forward than standard halogen bulbs, reaching a point where you can see the road below more clearly. I have purchased several pairs of Cougar Motor LED bulbs and am very happy with them. I use them on my cars and also as gifts for family when they have been working on their cars and have been very happy too. I will continue to buy Cougar Motor LED headlights.

Amazingly bright! Aside from the Hikari brand, they are sooooo colorful! It's been almost a year and NO problems! If you're like me and all the options available make you dizzy, let me help you. I bought 4 sets for my cars and family as gifts. YOU ARE SO BRIGHT! I've paged before and bought less than $40 and you just throw your money away, PROMISE! Headlights worked well with my 97 Civic, just plug and play. Installation only takes about 10-20 minutes depending on whether you need to remove your headlights. My previous headlights were also LED, but they are much smoother without big noisy fans. Also the cut off is great as my other lights didn't have a good cut off so you don't blind oncoming drivers. High beam works too. So in general first impressions are good, the case is made of good durable materials and the backlight is bright.

I recently replaced a previous set of LED headlights for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. Installation was easy and quick, needle nose pliers are great for gripping the clamps. I like the beam pattern on them more. It has a good horizontal cut-off to keep the light out of the eyes of oncoming drivers. The brightness is average compared to other led kits which is perfect. These bulbs were not in our car long (1 evening) until unfortunately they had to be removed by police order. The headlights were adjusted correctly in the garage, but the police's main concern is that these lamps do not fit in halogen housings, which is illegal in our country. The lamps themselves have a very clear cut-off (like a projector) and definitely appear brighter than halogen lamps.
