Review on Elements Portable External Drive WDBUZG0010BBK WESN by Douglas Coronado

I used this to save "Time Machine" on my MB AIR. Which is mostly only used when we are in our second home. So that means this spare WD 1TB drive was used for 3 months (January, February, March) and this month, October. I started getting error messages about the hard drive not ejecting properly even though I didn't do anything. no shutdown, no ejection, nothing. I just went to MB and the error message was there. Then a few days ago - nothing - nada. tried all the options in Disk Utility and it was dead. It turns out two in two years; I had a 2TB WD error on my iMac. The same goal - the time machine. I will not buy Western Digital again.
