Extremely dissatisfied with this item. First of all I have to say that I have bought this brand in the past and have been happy with it. This product was a little different from the start as the lip balm tubes were capped when they arrived and had to be removed before filling. After making the lip balm and filling the tubes, I put the caps back on and they do NOT stay. This is very frustrating and confusing as they seemed to fit when they arrived. I can only conclude that a small portion of the rim of the tube of lip balm must have been "shaved off" when inserted into the filling tray, causing the caps to not fit properly once filled. About half of the 100 will not stay at all. The other 50 or so are very loose. I should mention that I used a lip balm liner made by the same company so they had to be compatible. Will not buy from this company again unless they take steps to rectify the issue.
