I like the filling bowl so I bought it. Unfortunately the caps are too loose. I contacted the company and they sent me another pack of 50 tubes (which was very nice of them). I wanted so badly for this to work, but I can't sell lip balm in these tubes and feel good about it. I tried using a different brand of stuffing tube but it didn't work.

I find these lip balm tubes work really well. The lids snap in nice and tight and the lip balm screw dispenser works perfectly too! The tubes also look very professional and elegant. Definitely happy with the purchase, I will order more. Also, the price was the best I've found for a bulk order, so no complaints. I have had good experience ordering from Milliard, it seems to be a very good quality brand!

Extremely dissatisfied with this item. First of all I have to say that I have bought this brand in the past and have been happy with it. This product was a little different from the start as the lip balm tubes were capped when they arrived and had to be removed before filling. After making the lip balm and filling the tubes, I put the caps back on and they do NOT stay. This is very frustrating and confusing as they seemed to fit when they arrived.
