I just love these glasses! I do notice that I sometimes stay up late at night than I should, so I was hoping this would help. I notice a very slight difference in the blue light when I put them on, but still noticeable. To be honest, I think changing the display settings would be more helpful, but it's good for all that blue light you don't notice. I have pretty good eyesight so the over the counter option was good too. unfortunately if they get dirty at all they give me a big headache from my eyes getting used to them and I already have a small scratch on them 😭. Maybe if I practiced wearing glasses more and took better care of them I would still wear them, but only occasionally now to avoid headaches. 😅
