The LED string in the top row burned out after a day of use. It took me a while to undo everything and verify what happened. Everything works again, I just don't have the top and bottom row of LEDs. It also seems that this thing flickers on and off from time to time when the power is on. Even when the device is turned off, it sometimes flashes white. It seems to be sporadic, so I'm having a hard time tracking down the issue. I've tried both USB sockets on the TV with the same results, so I guess I'll keep experimenting with that. Overall the colors are great and they worked right out of the box. It might just need a little more quality control when soldering the LED strings. Also as a note - make sure where the IR receiver is located BEFORE you start attaching the LED strings ;)
