During the day all the black bits that should hold the lenses in your glasses come off - and good luck finding them on the ground! When you buy, be sure to paste immediately. The best thing about these glasses is that they make the computer and TV picture richer, but I still get headaches etc from the screen exposure, so I'm not sure how effective they are at blocking blue rays.
