I bought this item to massage my sensitive scalp due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. It's a little heavy and uncomfortable to hold and sometimes catches strands of hair, which gives me pain. But. I also use it on my arms especially my palms and it brings some relief. Not sure yet if I can keep it due to its weight.
