I didn't get what I ordered instead I got a cheap synthetic 'hair' that was set on a curling iron and flat iron at 350 ° is melted, 100% unprocessed human hair. They do not melt and do not smell like plastic. The clasp has wide mesh lines and a few spiky hairs sticking out. I was very disappointed. Definitely not a quality product and the description and photo posted by the seller are inaccurate. Bait and change the situation.
