I like that it is very easy to use, and helps me organize my paperwork better than in other programs - this makes writing reports so much easier! The fact that everything can be uploaded via an internet connection would help if we were ever out of office or away from our computer for awhile; however since they are cloud-based there shouldn't really need too worry about being offline while at work. Definitely worth trying when looking into database software options!! It's hard finding something as simple yet effective with all your forms/reports etc., but this program does just what i want without making things overly complicated. This saves time by allowing us to upload files directly instead of having them copied over using email attachments everytime new information comes up.
