I love this back brace for the quality, price and features, easy to put on, very well packaged with instructions in the plastic. I enjoy the bonus of being cold or having a heating pad if I can call it that! will not give a fake review and I also BELIEVE pain relief should not be an option in this review. I believe that braces provide therapeutic SUPPORT and with support in many cases the pain can be forgotten or relieved a little, but ONLY physical therapy, medication & or surgery can provide pain relief. I am a 5 year pain management patient and disabled veteran with multiple damaged cervical and lumbar discs so I know what is healing my pain and these are my injections. And that's just my honest opinion, I'm no expert, ok. AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION ON EVERYONE'S BACK!
