Really helped with my problems with seborrheic dermatitis!

I suffer from a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis that comes and goes and only occurs on my face, mainly in the T-zone. After trying some prescribed medications, mainly face creams and gels, I felt some relief but I don't like using steroids etc for a long time and also found that they don't work well and/or the make things worse. After trying a few other recommended natural remedies to combat this, I read on a forum about Dead Sea Salts, a poster stating they give great results. I was originally just going to try pure Dead Sea salt but found this one and thought it would be perfect. be a liquid. The consistency is not quite gel-like, more like honey and spreads well. I know it says it on the back of the tube so I don't get it in my face, but I tried it directly just to avoid getting in my eyes. I also rub it into the skin for a few minutes and leave it on for at least 5 minutes. I have found that the 2 minute recommendation does not give good results. So by doing this twice a day, morning and night, I noticed great improvements, general redness and flaking went down. After a week I cut back to once a day, then every other day and now to once a week or as needed. I found that in some cases it was too hard for my skin to do this daily, the dryness changed and I used a good moisturizer often. Dead sea salt that I will try one day. I don't feel that the ingredients in this product cause any problems, which is common with many facial cleansers that contain SLS. It's not a cure like some claim, but it's worked for me so far.
