Powerful block that provides a very powerful effect. Basically, I could only use it on the lowest level since it's quite intense. I expect to be able to take it to a higher level and I've tried them on big muscles like quads. Nozzles are made of high quality strong plastic. They won't "snap" into the massage unit and may "pop out" if you don't apply it to your body fairly quickly after turning it on, but this is easy to avoid if you know it can happen. What is important for me is that the charger can be used with 110-220 volts 50-60 Hz so that I can use it abroad.
