A couple of very heavy rains, enough to prevent water from entering important parts The only point that still worries me a little is the stand, which slides into the bottom of the camera collapses I think I can run a thin piece of white tape around that gap just to help me. Power cords down and out creating a drip loop (second image). The base of the mount is solid and the cam is stable when tightened. If the manufacturer wanted to make this kit even better, add thin strips of white tape. and cable hooks for laying the power cable.
