Great people. They are always helpful.
They do a great job at explaining the products to potential customers. They do an excellent job at helping us figure out how best to use the product. It has made our business much more efficient and streamlined. I like that they are easy to work with and I get the sense that they genuinely care about their clients. One of the most useful things is being able to create "profiles" for your customer base so you know exactly who each user is, what needs to be done, etc.
