Review on Spectate by Timothy Louis

1) Easy setup2) The team is always willing & able3) They are responsive4) Their product does exactly as promised5) I would like more integration with other services (ie MailChimp).1.) Setup was easy but took some time getting used to it. It's not intuitive at first glance so make sure that if someone else in your organization will use this tool they have experience using something similar or know how their way around an interface can work for them. 2.) We were trying to get our customers excited by showing off new features we had built into the platform without having anyone actually try out those things yet. 3.) This has helped us build excitement among prospects who might otherwise never hear from us again after seeing one of our demos!
