When I ordered this it was the second one I ordered. The first came to the board with an unfinished X-axis wire. This one came with missing bolts for the Z motor. When I first set it up, the motor was spinning freely until it got stuck in the plastic. Creality's quality control is the worst I've seen. Good. It would be one of the most reliable 3D printers out there if only creativity didn't matter. The best thing about this printer is that Comegrow has you covered. Because reality won't. It is important to know. At the moment spare parts for this machine are not found. From swappable hotends to boards. So if you buy this, there is no community for it, no support from Creality, and no replacement parts to buy. It's really a shame. I really liked the machine. I have two of these, both needed immediate repairs. If there was support for it and parts were available I would go qidi with this machine for my army of 30 printers.
