Very close to the original. My Highlander was hit in the parking lot, the fender was almost ripped off. I ordered these to replace the original and 3 of the 4 holes matched perfectly but the 4th was way off and I had to drill a new hole in the fender to install the last bolt. After installation, the top of the fender had a more noticeable gap than the other side of the original. No matter how hard he tried to tweak it, I couldn't find an exact match. It's not flashy by any means and not very noticeable at first glance, but if you focus on it, it's hardly noticeable. On the other hand, the paintwork was perfect and harmonized very well with the rest of the fairing. If it wasn't for the drilling and the gap at the top it would have been 5 stars.
