The headset is good, does everything I need and works as advertised with my mobile phone, desk and softphone. I'm a bit disappointed with the battery life, Platronics advertises this as 6-9 hours of talk time, but I've never had a runtime of more than 4.5 hours. It's great that it has 2 batteries and they charge within that 4.5 hours and are hot swappable, but it would be nice if the battery lasted at least as long as the advertised minimum. UPDATE: 8 months owned and the batteries now barely last an hour each and the second battery will not charge when the first battery dies. It takes 2-3 hours to charge to last 1-1.5 hours without batteries. I ended up spending $60 on 2 spare batteries hoping I could use 4 batteries to get me through a 10 hour work day.
