I ordered these towels in the hope that I could convince my husband - a fluffy, hard terry towel - to switch to these. Our bathroom doesn't have good ventilation and the large terry towels he prefers start to smell after a few uses. Even he admits they are softer than he thought. They are soft, absorbent, extra large and wash well! I have a charcoal facial scrub that doesn't usually rinse out well and doesn't stain towels. They dry so quickly I haven't had a smelly towel yet! The only thing I have found on a towel so far is that some of the stitching has come undone on one of the side seams. This is an easy fix, but what I would call an expensive towel is still disappointing. However, I would still give the product 5 stars.
