We use parchment paper ALL THE TIME. It lines the air fryer, our baking sheets, loaf pans, pizza stone, serving trays, etc. If I can line it first to save on cleanup, I'll do it. We go through a good amount of it. Parchment paper has definitely become something I would not want to live without.We usually buy ours from Costco, it's a big pack of two for about the same price of this single roll. I'd normally deduct a star for that, but I'm so impressed with this box! This box is so sturdy and that it makes it easier to use than Costco's. Parchment paper boxes are typically made of cardboard, this appears to be made of corrugated box. As the parchment paper roll gets smaller you rely on the sturdiness of the box for good cut. Typical cardboard boxes will start to cave in on itself as the roll gets smaller making it nearly impossible to get a straight cut due to the flimsiness of the box.Hopefully this information helps with your purchasing decision.
