Running Snail has excellent customer service. I originally bought an old model MD-090 in green and one of the buttons (the power button) broke. I contacted Running Snail and they responded the next day and immediately sent me a replacement radio for free. I found out they also have a digital version for 2019 and I was so happy with their service that I bought 2 digital models MD-097-Orange for me and my husband. I took the first one they replaced to my office :) I uploaded a short video for my review of the digital version and the manual green version where you turn the knob to change the radio station. For the digital version I wish there were memory buttons to set 5 or 6 favorite radio stations, but I'm happy with the radios. Manual starting and battery life. The information I got from Snail support is below: Spin the crank at 130-150 RPM to generate power. Turn the volume down a bit: With the 1 minute crank, it can be used for 5 minutes. With the 3 minute handle, it can be used for 15 minutes. With the 6-minute handle, it can be used for 30 minutes. MD-097 can be used for more than 35 hours on a full charge only with the radio tested by our experts. I hope this review helps you.
