Review on 5 Pics Photo Necklace: Love Heart Locket Pendant with Wing Design – Expandable Ball Locket Necklace by Fisseha Rodgers

I bought this necklace on December 8, 2019 and I wanted to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas. Instead, I decided to give it to her for her birthday on February 14th, 2020 - her sweet 16th birthday. It says the return window was January 31st, so I'm guessing I won't be able to get it back. That's great. and complicated. BUT when she first closed it, the photo panels were loose and wouldn't fold tightly. This is what it looks like in the photos I've attached. They fall out on both sides and it looks awful! Ooooh disappointed! I'd love to see this replaced as it's what she really wanted, but I don't see a place where that would be possible!
