We're having trouble with cartridges. We screw in the cartridge and a lot of gas comes out, it seems normal, the pressure can be adjusted. But when we pour a glass, we don't have any pressure, so we just have to learn how to properly insert the cartridge. Updated customer service has been great, helped us with our issues and the product works flawlessly.
