You can see that not only in the quality of the belt (very plastic), "genuine leather" is also written on the inside. Full grain leather is much better than real leather. So buy this belt knowing that it is not a real leather belt and you may not be disappointed but for the price I paid ($20 average) I could have gotten something much better.
