Review on πŸ–¨οΈ CR-10Mini 3D Printer by Creality3D: Resumes Printing, 300x220x300mm Capacity by Brandon Vox

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I've finally found a car that remains excellent throughout. Except that the assembly is like this.

After many attempts on smaller machines I've finally found a machine that consistently remains excellent. Aside from being very easy to assemble (especially after assembling "complete kits"), this beauty works flawlessly right out of the box. The only one that came close was the Anycubic i3 Mega, but Anycubic wasn't able to keep its bed level consistent despite being smaller (read my review of the physics involved for more info). The CR10 and CR10 mini have a well deserved reputation in the industry and now I can see why. I've done all the prints on this machine which have been such a disappointment on all the other machines and the results have been surprisingly excellent. So far I've ONLY printed in PLA, but the profile I've used for all of them is almost identical despite the huge differences in physical properties and 3D issues. While I paid a little more for this printer than most, the difference is definitely worth the investment. I don't mind complexity if the results are satisfying. However, I prefer satisfying simplicity, and this machine definitely nailed it. The beauty of this truth is that I haven't even started printing any of the "premium" filament yet. All of my prints come from the "freebie" that comes with the machine. When the prints are so beautiful with the free stuff, I can only imagine how amazing the prints will be once I start using the more expensive filaments I've already bought.

Pros

Cons
  • I don't remember
