I ordered 3 of these 3" 2700k LED pendant lights and wow! I connected them to our existing streetlights (front door and garage torches) and they all worked great. I just took a 3" drill bit and drilled through the ceiling. The connectors in the J-Box are foolproof and conform to building codes for existing installations. I'm still awaiting a response from them as I'm missing 1 light to fix to complete my project and hopefully I can arrange a light purchase rather than getting the whole 6 pack I've already done the back of my house so I don't really have anything more light to add anywhere but 1. I can't comment on the durability yet of the lights but I suspect they will do a great job. 3" soffit hole. Route the cables to this hole and attach them to the junction box. After installation I had to add white silicone as they were placed in a groove in the reveal and it needed an insect screen. Done, they look great!
